This directory contains entity hub pages for biological objects used across the ILC-in-lung wiki.

Entity pages are reusable knowledge nodes. They should summarize cell identity, strongest source-supported claims, disease branches, regulatory mechanisms, boundary-state cautions, contradictions, open questions, and links to topic/digest pages. Project history belongs in project-note and log pages rather than in the entity narrative.

Core immune cell entities

  • ILC2: entity hub for lung ILC2 identity, allergic and viral disease roles, repair and macrophage niche effects, neuroimmune and metabolic regulation, stromal/cellular feedback, and IL-17-producing boundary states.
  • ILC3: entity hub for lung ILC3 identity, bacterial defense, neonatal/developmental niches, ARDS and neutrophilic/steroid-resistant asthma, SCF/KIT stromal licensing, and IL-17-producing ILC classification cautions.
