This audit records a private-wiki source-review pass completed on 2026-04-29.
The pass deep-ingested one newly added RAW PDF and nine previously provisional source notes. The purpose was to strengthen the ILC2/ILC3 lung disease wiki around severe-asthma sputum ILC2/ILC3 boundary states, ILC2 restraint mechanisms, pulmonary ILC3 tuberculosis defense, and review-level asthma or infection orientation.
